Chalet De' Roubaix

Bringing European elegance to the heart of Salt Lake City, this project required a delicate balance of historical preservation and modern functionality. The original 1920s façade was meticulously restored while the interior was completely reimagined for contemporary commercial use.

The design language draws from the grand châteaux of northern France, reinterpreted through a distinctly American lens. Soaring double-height ceilings, bespoke ironwork, and a curated palette of limestone and walnut create a space that feels both timeless and decisively modern.
