Room With A View is organized around openness and a direct visual connection to Alpine's mountain landscape. Cantilevered forms and broad areas of glass extend the living spaces toward Mount Timpanogos, making the ridgeline and changing sky an active part of the home's daily experience.

The material palette is deliberately restrained: whitewashed concrete, blackened steel, warm wood, and low-iron glass allow natural light and seasonal color to take the lead. Rooms are positioned to capture distinct perspectives, from long views across the foothills to more intimate connections with terraces and planted areas immediately outside.

The floor plan supports both gathering and retreat. Shared spaces flow toward the primary view, while changes in ceiling height, enclosure, and material texture create quieter zones within the larger composition. Architecture, interiors, and furniture planning work together so expansive glazing never comes at the expense of comfort or function.
