Drawing from the architectural vocabulary of provincial French estates, Chateau interprets tradition for a residence in Midway, Utah. Native stone anchors the exterior composition, while iron balcony details, aged copper tones, and carefully proportioned openings give the home a sense of permanence against the Wasatch Back landscape.

Inside, the design shifts toward quiet refinement. Wide-plank oak, plaster finishes, tailored millwork, and muted earth tones create an atmosphere of understated luxury. Formal references are balanced by comfortable room proportions and clear connections between the kitchen, gathering spaces, private rooms, and outdoor living areas.

Views of the surrounding peaks and meadows informed the orientation of the primary spaces. Materials repeat from exterior to interior to establish continuity, while lighting and furniture placement support both everyday routines and larger gatherings. The finished composition feels grounded in Midway's setting while remaining distinctly suited to contemporary mountain living.
