The Gillham Residence was conceived as a study in contrasts — bold geometric volumes softened by organic textures and a warm material palette. Board-formed concrete, blackened steel, and white oak work in concert to create spaces that feel both architecturally rigorous and deeply inviting.

Open living areas flow seamlessly to sheltered outdoor terraces, blurring the threshold between interior comfort and the dramatic backdrop of the Wasatch Front. Every detail, from integrated lighting to custom millwork, was designed to elevate daily rituals.
